http://www.howmanyofme.com/  Put your first and last name in and this will tell you how many people with your name are in the USA. There are 6 of me, although I think one is more than enough LOL.

Interesting!  Five of me; I was hoping just one, me.

This was fun.  I was actually surprised at how low the number was for me.  My last name is very common and there are about 240 of me in the U.S.  Now I'm in Canada and I had to get a new hospital card at PMH which is a cancer hospital.  This was quite a few years ago before I got cancer the first time (6 years ago...I was being screened at the time for ovarian) and, at that time, there were 45 people with my name just at that hospital.

Now, granted the hospital is in Toronto, which is a large city and people go to this hospital from all over the province but still.

There are one or fewer of me...not sure what that means! LOL! I am assuming the one is me! But if it isn't me, then am I the fewer? Or maybe I don't exist...LOL! Food for thought!

Same here Paulette Laughing But then, I attribute that to the mangling of my family name at Ellis island. Wink

There are 6 of me in the U.S.. I'm in Canada and I know of at least one other in Canada.

Amy, you probably think that one of me is enough!   Happy

Ha!  One of me....and yet for Jane: There are 381,026 people in the U.S. with the first name Jane. Statistically the 149th most popular first name. More than 99.9 percent of people with the first name Jane are female.

Has to be the last name :)

My dd's name came up with the Fewer than one, so here's what it said about the 'Fewer than One' thingy:

Even if both names are common enough to make our list, if they are both relatively uncommon names, there may be less than 50% chance* -- sometimes much less than 50% -- that even one person has that name. Since our numbers suggest such a person is unlikely, although possible, we hedge our bets and say that are likely "1 or fewer" individuals with that name.

Ha Ha! This was fun! There are 785 or me. I should win a prize or something! Now if I kept my maiden name, there would one be one of me!!! But with my married name of Lewis, it's just not real original. I did get an awesome hubby in the deal though! Thanks for sharing this.

683 of me. So, that makes me "common."  However, think about how many people are in this country.  Now I'm not so alarmed.

16 of the current me and none of the birth me.  I guess I've gotten more common.

    It's cute - but wrong.

I came out one or fewer, but I know one other person with the same first and last name

    She's my sister-in-law

Twenty-seven of me.  I met the aunt once years and years ago of a girl with my exact name and I know of one other.  So that makes 24 I still need to investigate.  Wink

There's one or less of me when I try it with my maiden name.

    Cool program!

Just one of me in the U.S. -- not "one or fewer", just one.

Ann is the "96th most popular first name."

But there are only 640 people in the U.S. with my last name -- all relatives, I think!  At least, that's what my father once said: "If you ever meet anyone who spells their last name the same, we're probably related."

In Slovenia, I met a woman named "Anja [SAME LAST NAME]."  So I guess that's 2 of me in the whole world... Innocent

98 people with the same name as mine!  It doesn't surprise me, as there was a girl with the exact same name, one year older than me, when I was in Jr High.  (I learned that tidbit when I was at the skating rink and they paged "me" but two of us showed up at the booth...lol )

That is cute, there are 10 of me with my married name and one or fewer with my married name.  I was quite surprised because my married name is extremely common and figured I would end up with more.

I don't have a common name but I know that there are 2 other females and at least one male in our metropolitan area with the same name/spelling.   I used to think my name was fairly unique,  I guess not!  I've actually met one of the females and one of the males at a community affair when the name was paged over the PA system for a door prize drawing.  We had to go on handwriting to determine the winner!

I tried my nickname (Sandy) with both my maiden and my married name, and got ONE.

There was also ONE with my given name...Cassandra...and my married name.  Wow.

Okay, this is weird.  My married name, Barbara MacDonald, only got 224 (as I reported at the top of this page).  My maiden name, Barbara Sims, which I thought would be much rarer as I've never met anyone else with this name is 777!  Bizarre.
