Tamoxifen and skin rush and ovarian cysts

I'm on tamoxifen, started February 2006 and I was on Zoladex for 6 months. Zoladex gave me serious muscle pain to the point I could hardly walk or hold a bottle in my hands; this is why it was stopped. Unfortunately, I'm very sensitive to medicines and chemicals in general. It took several months for the zoladex effect to clear out. However, I believe my inmune system is weaker than before. For instance I got neumonia, first time, within three days of getting a common cold in February. In March I had ovarian cysts leaking, 10 days of unbearbale pain was, same in May and June, I had them removed early last month, but I have another one now. My periods are regular. On the last few days spots of blisters developed an inch below my scar (I had a my LB removed)and a dull muscle pain accompanies them.Didn't let me sleep last night.  I'm 50, no chemo no radiation, on tamoxifen since feb 06. I've always been very healthy, eat well, exercise regularly, don't smoke, don't drink. Anyone had these problems? Any advice to cope day-to-day?

    I think that's more common than you'd think to have tamoxifen generate ovarian cysts. I'm sorry they were so painful!

    I think the blister probably isn't related to tamoxifen. If they don't go away in a week or so I think I'd be calling my doctor for a look-see.

    Thanks Roseg for your reply. The thing is that when I asked my gyn and two different doctors in emergency at the hospital,  they replied that there wasn't such relation between tamoxifen and ovarian cysts. Well, I've been doing some research and found that there is! Anyway, I hope the new one I have doesn't rupture like the others. Regarding the skin problem, my family doctor was at a loss about it. She checked various possibilities: viral, allergic reaction, bacterial, etc.. So now I'm waiting to see a dermatologist. The tamoxifen insert does mention as a SE "skin rush" without specifics. May be other women have had it and accepted it without connecting it to tamoxifen.
