We had Madison doing the Cajun 2 step!
-
We had our beautiful DebC - sending wishes to us from Hawaii!
-
We had a donkey named Mazer who always drove the magic carpet and ate all of the cinnamon buns.
-
We posted some of the goofiest pictures.
-
Yep - It seemed like we always went back to talking about menopause and hot flashes.
-
Seemed like we were all boardaholics.
-
We had V's dancing guy!
-
Nicki,
Here's one of Mazer!!
-
We said lots of prayers for each other.
-
We saw lots of pictures of grandchildren.
-
We had lots of cows!
-
Sometimes we got a little stressed out!
-
I do believe this day changed our lives forever.

Thats my walk down memory lane. This thread has always been so supporitve and such a respite for so many. Dont know how I would have gotten through this journey without the friendships and support from here.
Today, I have put all of us in the circle. We have been through so much and just sending lots of love your way.
I borrowed this picture from our good friend CheryG. Hoping old friends will come back and new survivors will know you can always come here for a helping hand, sharing a tear or two, sharing a laugh, or feeling some sunshine come your way.
Looking forword to seeing all the pictures from Pinkstock 2008.

Welcome home all Pinkstock girls. Magic is all I can say in reading what this wonderful weekend meant to all of you so fortunate to be there. Sharing all that you did with the rest of us, circle girls or whatever, I personally have smiled every day with the stories and photos and happiness each of you brought to the rest of us. I feel in a way we are all circle girls even those of us that just read and don't really post in much. Sharing in the wonderful weekend and journey leading up to it has taken away some of my shyness. Who could not comment on happiness.
Vickie, I can finally see your new avatar. Fantastic.
Happy week to all.A wonderful post written to us last year. Hoping new survivors come along too.
I love you all

((((((NICKI!))))))..............it's so amazing how the circle is so much a part of my trip with breast cancer..........and even though I never posted until I was completely done with chemo in the circle thread I read it everyday............it was like I knew everyone but no one knew me...............and then when I finally did post everyone was so kind...........holy smoke what a wonderful ride this thread has been in my darkest hours...............the humor, tears, hot flashes, and scans, and biopsies..........mri's and mammograms...........the endless followup and with every bump, pimple, rash, and ache the calls to the doc and the sentence we always hear......"because of your medical history"..........more scans, more mri's, more biopsies..........but here we are..........a group of bc survivors together as family living one day at a time.............and we can still come here and find the comfort we desperately seek in a world that changed for each and every one of us the day when we heard "you have breast cancer"............thanks so much for all of the Circle the Wagon girls........ya'll are the best............Shokk

Thanks Nick for the ride down memory lane
I'm off to church in a few minutes. The double vision seems to be here to stay this morning....making me nuts. Luckily it is not effecting my near vision. Maybe I will just spend all my time on the computer....LOL
Be back later

Girls................I'm home and beat, but wanted to let you know that I have posted a picture of the "mriacle rainbow" as we saw it yesterday at Pinkstock.............I think someone has a clearer pic, but take a look.................................Do we really need to doubt a 'higher power'??????????
And just as the rainbow appeared amidst the blue sky............Kristen's band (who couldn't see the rainbow) started singing.."Amazing Grace"......................
Hugs,
Neesie

What wonderful reports from PInkstock and all our favorite WCGers.
I want to thank those of you who had the patience to review this thread and pinpoint the moment it started to go in the wrong direction and those who were leading it. We were able to overcome it then, and we will continue to be strong against all outside forces.
Welcome home Pinkstockers. Have a good evening Wagon Circle Girls!!!

Good evening Circle Girls,
It's been awhile since my first post but I wanted my last post before I pack up the computer to take to the hospital tomorrow to be this one. I don't think any of you will every know the love and support I have felt by reading the posts and seeing the wonderful pictures. This thread is a gift, pure and simple. To have been able to see what happened in the past thru Nicki's posts was wonderful. It is a priviledge to be included among you all.
The horses get hitched at 5:00 am ready for their journey to the hospital. Dr.s start cutting at 7:15. They said the average time for this surgery is 6 hours. Should be back at the ranch on Friday. Thank you for all your prayers and good wishes. If I could be added to the center of the circle for tomorrow, I would appreciate it. There are others so deserving that I feel I will be in such a special company of sisters. Thank you for the love that comes thru every stroke of the keys.
God bless you all and may He hold each of you tight in His hands.
Wendy
