Having one of "those days"
Just kinda a crappy day. Aches pains, flashers, odd red bite like things on my chest since Saturday, got into an disagreement with a good friend, feeling like it's only time before the whole bc thing comes back. Had a mammo on Monday and I see my onc next Thursday so I think that's what it's stemming from but ARG!!!!!!!!!!!! Just a blue day. Sigh. It'll be better tomorrow I'm sure. I hope.

Hey Jill,
I am sorry that you are having one of those sucky days. I hate when one creeps up on me, which happens more than I like. I wish I was there just to give you a big bear hug. I will not tell you that this too will pass because I know that you already know that. I will just say that I am here giving you prayers and good thoughts. I hope you can feel the hugs I am sending you. Hopefully the sun will be shinning inside soon.
Lots of Hugs,
Jenny
sometimes it is just necessary to embrass the monster until it goes away!

{{Jill}} Thinking about you after reading this and as Jenny said, wishiwere there to offer a shoulder or {{hug}}. Darn it, the waiting is the worse and it's always there....the waiting...Try to stay busy as you can till then and keep good thoughts moving through you and make it fly by! We'll be waiting with you and adding a prayer in the mix (if that's okay

Sending big hugs. I understand....

There are days I really wish I drank...I really do and ate dairyII But since I do neither when I get one of these days I either end up crying in the shower (since bc it has become my favorite place to cry) or I go for a long walk. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't. I hope it gets better for you soon. I know these days are part of our "new normal" but I sometimes really resent this whole new normal stuff. I want my old normal!!

You need to get those ocular migraines checked out. I think its causing you a lot of stress and once you get answers you will feel better about everything.

Hey Jill,
I just wanted to check and see how you are doing. I am hoping that today is better for you. Just wanted to let you know that I am thinking of you and sending you prayers and good thoughts with some hugs thrown in.
Keep laughing,
Jenny

Thanks everyone. Today is better. I'm still a little sad because I haven't heard back from my friend. We've been on the outs for a while so this may be the last fade. I am doing better tho. I just hate days like yesterday but I've come to accept that they happen. I allow them for a day but then force myself to move on. I didn't stay in therapy long but I did learn that allowing myself to wallow in days like yesterday only trains my mind to stay there. Acknowleding is ok but not staying there!
Member-of-the-club: You are right. They are bugging me. I've tracked them and in the last 18 days it has happened 4 times. I'm thinking that's a lot but I could be wrong.
I know I'll feel better after talking to my onc. He's awesome!

{{Jill}} Hope you hear from your friend, which if she is one, you should. If not, then she probably wasn't one to begin with!
SOrry.
But so glad you feeling better today!
YEAH!

Hi Jill,
I hope your friend contacts you soon and that your friendship will grow stronger. Wishing you a better day today!
