    It's frustrating, yes, but don't waste your energy getting upset about this.  I think it's some nerdy kid who lives in the basement and has too much time on his hands.  He thinks this is funny.  One day he'll mature a little and realize what a complete a** he was.  And then he'll have to live with himself.  Better yet, one day he'll be touched by cancer, either personally or through someone he loves.  Who in life isn't?  Imagine just how crappy he'll feel then. 

    There's nothing we can do about this.  And if he reads these messages he probably finds it funny that he's upsetting people.  So just relax about it, let Tech Support at BC.org take care of it whenever he shows up, and know that one day he'll get what he deserves.
