Waiting for a biopsy! BI-rads 4

Hi everybody! Im 27 years old on November I felt some little ball in my left breast . Later I had a rash and it turn into a pus ball. It was very inflamated and painful. I had breast secretion. I went to my ginecoloy . He send me to do a sonomammogram. I do it wendsday and thursday they called me to go and get the results. Impression BI-rad cateory 4 Suspicious findins in the left breasr .Posibbilitty of a maligne process. Fimdings Mild irregular parenchymal densities in the upper outer quadrantsAn asymmetrical stellate conglomerate of densities in the lateral central aspect of the left breast which presents a linear extension towards the skin with associated sldkin thikening and skin retraction.  An heteregeneous hypoechoic nodule measuring 1.72 x 1.5 x 1.67 cm wich presents markedly irregulars borders.  My gynecology send me to a surgeon to do me the biopsy It gonna be at March maybe. I want to know if someone has my same symtomps, and if not anithing u can told me. I read a lot and I know the possibilities of Cancer isnt much by my age and i dindt have any family with breast cancer. But it could happen.  My apologies for my bad English Im from Puerto Rico my main language is Spanish.
