Which Chemotherapy?

I have triple negative breast cancer, stage 1, grade 3. I recently had a lumpectomy.The tumor was 1 centimeter. There is no node involvement. My oncologist suggested CT chemotherapy rather than TAC because I have some other health problems and he feels that the CT will be adequate. He says I can get TAC if I want to, but it is more toxic and there is only about a 5% difference in effectiveness. I am having trouble with this decision. Can anyone who has experienced the same thing or something similar offer suggestions? Thank you, Lynne

    I also have TNBC, stage 1 grade 3. I am in the middle of chemo now taking TC. I was also worried, thinking I should have had TAC but my oncologist said with no node involved TC would be fine. I work in health care so I've spoken to 3 other oncologist who has agreed with this decision. 

    You will be fine, chemo is very do able. Have faith in your cancer team, they will take good care of you. Best wishes!
