TAC vs ACT

I noticed that people do Taxol first sometimes and then sometimes after AC. What determines this? Did your oncologist explain why you should do a certain order? I am trying to figure out if there are benefits for one way over another. Does being TN matter as far as what order? Thanks!

    I am also Tn and my protocol is Taxol x 12 and AC x 4 in that order.  I am being treated at M D Anderson and this is the protocol followed for TN breast cancer.  I believe there is also some documented evidence that it works a little better than ACT.

    My doctor gave me the choice of which I preferred.  He explained that if I plan on working through my treatment it would be easier on me to receive AC, and taxol separately.  Although I planned to continue to work I chose having all the treatments at one time.  He seemed very pleased with my decision.
