I had 3 doses of AC.  I skipped the 4th dose becaue I developed hand/foot syndrome.  Went on to 12 doses of T.  When you are TN, you get a great reaction from chemo.  When I had surgery two weeks ago, they found nothing.  My cancer disappeared from the chemo.

I did 4 rounds of Taxotere and Cytoxan only. I had 2 lumps, one .7mm and one 1cm with extensive DCIS. I had a single mx and no rads due to negative nodes.

I had 6 rounds of Adriamycin, Cytoxan & Taxotere every 3 weeks.  I was happy to do 6 vs do AC for x amount of time/weeks and do T for x amount of time/weeks. I had a 6 round count down :)

Honestly I didn't have to decide my oncologist said this is the plan and i said let's do this shit!

I am doing dose-dense AC. I had my 3rd treatment last Monday. There were only 12days between #2 and #3 and this time I feel a lot weaker than after #2. I am doing quite well - nausea is under control and so far I felt almost normal during the 2nd week after treatments.

I was just diagnosed in May and should start chemo in mid June.  I had clear lymph nodes.  I am going with dense dosing A/C x 4 and then 12 doses Taxol.

My diagnose was similar to yours, Alibeths, only my tumor was 1.2  No vascular, no nodes.  I did the A/C & T at the strong suggestion of my onc, as she felt you only get one shot at killing the beast - so I went for it.  It was rough as I worked full time throughout and I did have many yucky side effects, but I managed to plod through it all.

I am glad I went as aggessive as I could, and for the peace of mind in knowing that I did all I could in the hope that this never revisits me again (or any of us).

Wishing you all the best and an easy journey with your treatments.

My treatment was similar though I did the dose dense x4 of epirubicin and cytoxan. I'm now on 12 weekly taxol (just finished #2 this week).

Triple Negative, Stage IV, metasis to the spine.  First round was Abraxane-didn't work on to "red devil" Cytoxan & Adriayah which is shrinking the tumor in breast and lymph node.

Everyone one is very different in their reactions, treatments that work, etc. so it's hard to go on what others have used.  One shoe doesn't fit anyone in this case.

We're all striving to survive but that is true in daily living.  That added cancer is the utimate body rape and unfortunately there are many specialists and hospitals profiteering on the suffering of women.  Shame on them!  Lots of love and then some...
